A Tamil Nadu government health body required a mission-critical platform to manage the complete organ transplant workflow — from donor registration and recipient matching to case tracking and multi-channel notifications for medical staff, hospital coordinators, and patients' families. The system needed to be reliable around the clock, securely role-gated across multiple hospital departments, and capable of sending real-time alerts the moment a matching organ became available.

Our Solution

We built a full-stack case management platform with a secure, role-based access system for government health officials, hospital coordinators, and medical staff. At the core was an automated multi-channel notification engine that triggered WhatsApp, SMS, and email alerts simultaneously based on case status changes — ensuring no critical update was missed.
